Well, I guess this might become a wall of text, but I don't care. After almost three months of not writing a word here, I feel I need to say a thing or two.
My current academic year is coming, to say the least, complicated. I'm attending three courses, as usual, but with that, my job and some personal issues I had to endure, I've been rather busy lately. At least, I did manage to fulfil my resolution, earlier this year, of updating at least once a week. In fact, this is the very first week in which I failed to upload a new strip, but it was either that or brain implosion-and-subsequent-leaking-through-nose. That's why I preferred to wait for a few days and leave the strip (and this text, which got quite delayed as well) for the weekend.
Other things I wanted to do this year were making the strip and improving the site. About the latter, I must admit that things are running quite slowly. Between the programmer's own issues and my having very little time, the deadlines have been shot to Allmighty Hell. The important thing, of course, is that things are getting done and that, little by little, we'll keep working on them. Although some of the changes are not easily seen, they are there, which makes the site run smoother, for example. Other, more noticeable, changes are the improvements in the
Downloads section and the new forum. I've been asked why, of all the possible things, I came up with a forum idea, and the answer to that is simple: it allows me to update relevant information withouth having to make a news update about it. I know it's not getting much activity for now, but I don't mind: it's doing its job and that's what matters. If you haven't seen it,
here's your chance.
About the strips, I keep drawing. Today it was a holyday here, so I spent several hours drawing new characters and other things I came up with. I wasn't able to draw a new strip in the end, but that's coming this weekend. The main thing is that things are flowing. And they will be flowing for a long time.
See you.
